Justin is a Personal Support Network for you and your support group, who we call your ‘HELPING HAND’.


This is how it works:



When we are feeling good, Justin prompts us to record Video messages that are stored and ready for us when we feel low.

Justin allows us to invite a support group (Helping Hand) of 5 people to also leave messages. These messages remain stored until the crucial moment they are needed.



When the TIME button is hit. Positive affirmations and videos come to you. Messages you have not seen before. A random message of love and support is appreciated...seeing that message for the 1st time when you are feeling vulnerable gives it great strength. When you are watching these new videos of support and encouragement, Justin sends a message to your Helping Hand letting them know. Prompting them to reach out to you.


We give you the option of up to 5 people in your Helping Hand. These 5 people won’t take their responsibility lightly. If they get a text saying their help is needed, they are encouraged to reach out.


Your Helping Hand cannot communicate with each other through Justin. It is not a group chat. They cannot see who else is supporting you.

Justin offers guidance and support to the helping hand as well as you. Making sure their help is valuable and effective.

After you have seen your messages in TIME we prompt your Helping Hand to create a NEW message. So next time you visit TIME, you get a fresh feed of support to tackle the challenges ahead.


There’s a place you can visit to get INSPIRATION. A scrapbook of positive vibes that you can dive into at any time (without alerting your Helping Hand). Inside INSPIRATION is photos, motivational quotes, memes, audio messages and previously seen videos. These aren’t just collected by you. Your Helping Hand send them in too. We also add to your collection. All of these come to life in a random daily video montage played under a motivational song (which eventually you will get to choose, at the moment we can only offer library tracks).


All your videos and photos that you have loaded are discreetly packaged inside Justin. Not in your photo library or in a text history.

Justin is here to give you an easy way to ask for help, starting with yourself and creating a sense of community that gets people to simply talk to one another.


Justin can also be given as a gift. If you want to assist someone, you can load in all of the above and send it as an affirmation of your support and encouragement.


Justin gives the Helping Hand ‘peace of mind’ as it lets them know when there support is most needed.


Think of Justin as a torch that will shine brightest when you are at your darkest. The
more you add to it, the brighter it will shine.
